Hyper-Specific Kitchen Tools
This edit of kitchen tools is made up of things you might not think you need. To be clear, I’m not inclined toward gimmicks or excess. These are hyper-specific tools, yes—but each one is decidedly useful.
I’ve collected and used each of them over time: a citrus press that actually works, a block of steel that removes food scents from your hands after cooking, a pair of oversized kitchen scissors you can debone a chicken with, a jar opener that never fails—and a few others that earn their place through use.
